C2 is proud to offer technical Employee Benefits training to its member firms. The latest training event, EB101 - Reaching New Heights, took place over two and a half days in Nashville, TN from April 11-13, 2023. Thirty-one professionals from C2's six member firms learned about a number of topics including benefits legislation, health care cost drivers, consumer driven health care, pharmacy basics and ancillary coverages. New this year, was training focusing on how to develop strong client relationships. C2 was joined by partners from RxBenefits and The Standard to deliver best-in-class training.
