Lindsay Nelson is an Engagement Manager at C2 Solutions. In this role, she partners closely with member firms and strategic partners to ensure seamless communication, alignment, and delivery of high-impact client experiences.
Lindsay brings a strong background in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to joining C2 Solutions, she spent several years in full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy within complex, fast-paced organizations, where she supported a wide range of business leaders and teams. Through this work, she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of clear communication, thoughtful process, and people-centered solutions.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Radford University, where she built a strong foundation in communication, relationship-building, and human behavior. Lindsay is passionate about fostering strong partnerships and is excited to collaborate with C2 Solutions and its member firms to support meaningful, well-executed engagement work.
Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys staying active, spending time in the mountains, running, skiing, or golfing. She will happily find any reason to be outdoors in Colorado with her husband and their two dogs.
