C2 offers regular training sessions for a variety of their member firm's workforce. In May 2023, twenty-one leaders and managers came together to learn about and discuss the important topics of goal setting, delegation, motivation, influencing and delivering feedback. In addition to sharpening their skills, the participants enjoyed creating a new peer network of like-minded professionals spanning the country from Camden, NJ to Portland, OR.
